So are you feeling like Scrooge yet? Are you dreading and or resenting the work office party, the family dinner, the Christmas eve celebration, the neighborhood get together, the cookie exchange, the mall, the stack of cards in your mail, the grocery store and every Christmas movie, TV special, commercial and song ever? You are not alone.
Everyone knows the ways to combat these humbug feelings but let me review:
Get plenty of sleep
Exercise daily
Eat and drink in moderation
Be realistic
Easier said than done, Right?
I suggest:
Remember there is no recipe for the perfect Christmas Holiday
Lower your expectations
Say “Not this Year”
Keep in mind those that want and expect the most from you do the least
Who said Scrooge was so bad?
OK. You can also try the top 5 ways too!

That's an interesting list, Haralee and there sure seem to be a lot of articles coming out these days focused on how stressful the holidays have become. Whether it's lowering expectations, as you suggest, or forming a new vision of what the holidays could be, there are lots of ways to take care of one's physical and mental health despite all of the headaches and hassles that have become part of the season. Hope you're having a good one! Pat
