I actually had an outbreak hives two weeks ago randomly, and the doctors still cannot track what I am allergic to, but I have recently moved away from home into a new apartment and city and have started college again; so I think the changing of my surroundings and the stress triggered it. I now carry benadryl on me at all times, and when I am feeling stressed out I am talking to my friends and family about it more, and relaxing and getting more sleep. I find when outwardly talk about the stress in my life to another person the anxiety that I feel goes away. I hope the advice helps.
Sincerely,
