I became fascinated with the textures, the incredible flavors, the difference of taste in freshly prepared versus frozen foods. I began to look at the ingredients in each item that I bought, and I suddenly became empowered to change my eating habits and share with others what I've learned along the way.
Unfortunately, so much of the "healthy food" that we eat has so much sodium, fat, or sugar that we don't even notice how deceiving the labels can be. My diet consists of eating less and eating more (yes, it makes sense once explained), eating more organically, and eating the purest forms of food (meaning less sauces, sodium, and additives).
