Clean your face twice a day
Use a gentle, non-abrasive face wash for washing your face with warm water twice a day. You should wash once in the morning and one before going to bed. Only use your fingertips for massaging the face wash onto your skin and don't do any hard scrubbing. If your skin gets oily or irritated, get a cleanser made for sensitive skin.
Wear only clean clothes
While it is not necessary for you to wash your clothes after wearing them every time, you should make it a priority to wear clothes that are free of wrinkles, stains and smells on them. Don't wear your clothes if you have sweated in them or if they are dirty. Wear a fresh bra and fresh underwear daily. You should also change your bed sheets frequently, especially if you sweat a lot.
Hands should be washed regularly
It is important that you wash your hands several times throughout the day, but especially after coughing or sneezing, using the bathroom, after touching things lots of people have handled such as money and before making or touching food.
