For those of you that are on a mission to lose weight, keep this in mind when you start to feel down. Most of us have heard the term "take one day at a time." when things aren't going our way or happening fast enough. My tip for today is "shed one pound a day and the unwanted pounds will go away". It will help you reach your goals. Never give up on yourself and others will always see you for who you are. I speak as an expert after losing 300 pounds and keeping it off for 15 years.
