I'm seeing a lot of questions regarding worries about being pregnant. We have all had close calls at some point, or worried we were pregnant or worried we weren't when we wanted to be. It isn't always easy being a woman.
I don't know why we wait so long to get checked out. I'm guilty of it, too. We sit at home or run around and worry and fret instead of just picking up the pregnancy test or calling the gynecologist or the clinic or Planned Parenthood. Why do we do that?
Once we pee on the little stick or see the doctor or nurse practitioner or whomever and find out what is really going on, a huge weight is lifted. Often, it is not nearly the big, scary thing we feared. We all need to find a way to just pick up that phone, make the appointment, and find out what is going on instead of driving ourselves crazy.
I hope I can learn to listen to my own great advice someday!
