If I had to name a vitamin or mineral for every letter of the alphabet, I'd get to "F," then skip to "L." Can you name any that begin with a skipped letter? Did you remember Vitamin K?
With my joint issues, one would think that I would be acutely aware of Vitamin K. Not. I wasn't even aware that it can be found in some of my favorite foods because I looked at them as sources of other minerals. It hardly came as a surprise that most Americans don't know or think about it.
The list of Vitamin K rich foods are:
•Broccoli
•Brussels sprouts
•Cauliflower
•Chick Peas
•Dairy Products
•Eggs
•Kale
•Seeds
•Vegetable oils (olive, canola)

Great info on Vitamin K! I would have skipped this one as well (it reminds me of a popular breakfast cereal), but I knew Vitamin K was a blood thinner. Now I have more resources to find out about the far-reaching potential of this K-tastic vitamin. Thanks for enriching my knowledge!
