Many women tend to associate heart disease with men, as it is widely known that men struggle with the disease. But, women are just as much at risk, and thus should take precautions to keep themselves safe.

- Cancer

As one of the cruelest diseases, Alzheimer’s is a degenerative brain disorder, meaning that you begin to lose your memory. Alzheimer’s affects more women than men, and often begins with confusion or forgetfulness. Unfortunately, with Alzheimer’s, there is no way to reverse the process. The process can, however, be slowed down if caught in time. With age, it is a wise idea to get a full medical examination each year to rule it out.
