EmpowHER Guest i had sex and i took postinor 2 the second day but it was not up to 24hrs and i saw my period the following month but the size of my breast increased a little, can it be that am pregnant

EmpowHER Guest I had sex for the first time and it was unprotected on 14th and took 2 tabs of postinor 2 immediately. Breasts seemed soft next day. Also had bitter taste and tummy ache and acne. My expected period is on 19th. What is going on?
