my girlfriend taken postinor two thrice over a course of four months, will this affect her helath in any way

Postinor 2 is for emergency purposes only. It is not intened for consistent use.
Regular use of Postinor 2 does have side effects like irregular bleeding and menstrual cycles and complications with pregnancy like etopic pregnancy.
If you and your girl friend want to prevent pregnancy, you should consider a true birth control method.
