- Other veggies can be cooked like green beans, peas and carrots, or raw like celery, peppers, radishes.

I have tried going vegan and I could not stick with it, i think there are probably less drastic ways to drop the weight. I am trying to figure out how to lose fat . I need to lose 60 pounds and am thinking of joining a gym but I have bad knees.
