It's easy to brush off PMS once your period has come and you're feeling 'yourself' again, but from talking to women, I'm aware that many days are wasted in self-doubt, depression, lethargy, physical discomfort and worse. Not to mention the fallout from premenstrual anger, irritability and aggression. The stresses of modern life only aggravate premenstrual symptoms, as we rush around trying to do more and more, and care for ourselves less and less.
