There is a saying 'dance like no one is watching'. Well, it sure works to lift the spirits. I know I can feel very depressed and sluggish but when I turn on some of my favorite music and move around the room I immediately feel better. It works every time I've tried it. Also doing Tai Chi Chih, and abreviated Tai Chi also improves just about everything the body and mind do. There is a DVD that shows you the correct moves and if you do it several times a week you will really notice a difference in the way you feel, your balance, your mindset. bbnrse
