Besides dealing with firbromyalgia and chronic fatigue on a daily basis I also have COPD, IBS, hypothyroidism, chronic major depression, Myasthenia Gravis and degenerative osteoarthritis, buldging discs and degenerative facet arthritis of the spine. I spend a lot of time in bed, especially since it has turned cooler. I am most comfortable there and spend hours reading on my Kindle and watching TV. I also have severe sleep apnea. I am chronicly sleep deprived because I have no deep sleep patterns in my sleep studies. This, along with some of the other things I've mentioned leave me chronicly fatigued and my thought processes are slowed down. I am on oxygen at night and occasionally need it during the day when I've exerted myself too much. I am also chroniclly anemic due to a kidney problem. I take injections every couple of months that keep my blood counts up in the normal range.
