If you are sitting there watching the tube and just have to have a snack, try some celery. It is cold, refreshing and crunchy, plus it has about zero calories. It cleans you teeth, kind of like brushing them, and reduces your cravings for something else!

I LOVE celery. I can eat celery any time...and NEVER EVER feel guilty. It is a snack that contains mainly water yet I have ordered buffalo wings at a restaurant before just to get celery sticks. It brings me back to when I was pregnant because my usual craving for celery sticks intensified and I must have eaten an entire bag of uncut celery in less than a week.

This is one of the greatest non-fattening snacks out there.
