Let me help you feel better about yourself and assist in achieving your wellness and fitness goals. I have been in the fitness industry for over fifteen Lara and Kidsyears. Exercising and staying fit has been my way of life since I was young, so I went to college to learn how to help others live a better quality of life. Being degreed and certified as a personal trainer and health expert is a small part of my experience. Working with the USA Olympic Volleyball teams for four years and then at the prestigious Cooper Fitness Center in Texas for the last ten years and has given me a wide variety of knowledge in training all types, shapes, and fitness levels from Olympic and professional athletes to doctors, pre and post natal women, moms who need to lose baby weight, and clients with severe to moderate health issues and disorders such as fibromyalgia, muscular sclerosis, severe back issues, post rehabilitation injuries, etc. My biggest reward is seeing my athletes get stronger and faster, my clients with severe issues live a better quality of life, and just your average men and women lose weight and get in better shape. I also do speaking engagements on the latest fitness and health findings. My list of certifications includes American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Cooper Aerobics Personal Trainer, Kinesis, Aqualogix, and many more. My approach in helping you get in shape comes from a medical and biomechanical perspective. Being the mom of young twin boys, I know how hard it is to get your workouts in and stay in shape. I’m here to help and give you any advice, suggestions or just motivation. I believe prevention is the key to living a longer healthier life.
I am an avid runner and athlete who has competed in numerous marathons, triathlons and several other endurance events. I love being outdoors and spending time with my twin boys and husband.
