This picture is scary because this is the mental thinking of our society today and we wonder why we have such a high rate of obesity.
You're working out! Take the stairs! Why is there an escalator in the first place. Everyday find exercise and burn calories just by doing the little things like taking stairs. Don't drive around a parking lot three times waiting for that close spot...JUST PARK and walk a few extra steps. Stop taking the easy way out!
