You can get enormous benefits from a moderate amount of exercise and a little more benefits from a large amount of exercise. So, a minimum would be three times a week, 30 minutes of aerobic exercise, a maximum would be more than an hour a day, somewhere in between there would be in the middle ground, but even a walking program of three or four times a week for 30 minutes to an hour would be great.
