Ingredients and Preparation
|Reduced-fat mayonnaise||1 tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 tablespoon|
|Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves||2|
|Slivered almonds, coarsely chopped||2 tablespoons|
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish coated with cooking spray. Spread mustard mixture over tops of chicken. Sprinkle with almonds and bake 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
