Fresh Cabbage and Tomato Salad

Ingredients and Preparation

Head cabbage, sliced thinly1 small
Tomatoes, cut in cubes2 medium
Radishes, sliced1 cup
Salt¼ teaspoon
Olive oil2 teaspoons
Rice vinegar (or lemon juice)2 tablespoons  
Black pepper½ teaspoon  
Red pepper½ teaspoon  
Fresh cilantro, chopped2 tablespoons  
  1. Directions
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage, tomatoes, and radishes.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the rest of the ingredients and pour over the vegetables.
