Ingredients and Preparation

Sirloin steak1½ pounds  
Vegetable oil2 teaspoons  
Garlic, minced1 clove
Vinegar1 teaspoon  
Salt1/8 teaspoon  
Pepper1/8 teaspoon  
Large onions, sliced2
Large tomato, sliced1
Boiled potatoes, diced3 cups

Tip: Trim fat off beef before cooking.

  1. Directions
  2. Trim fat from steak and cut into small, thin pieces.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil and sauté garlic until garlic is golden. Add steak, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cook for 6 minutes, stirring beef until brown.
  5. Add onion and tomato. Cook until onion is transparent. Serve with boiled potatoes and white rice.
