Leigh Ann recalls her experience working with Dr. Ann Dunnewold and shares if she helped her with her PMS symptoms.
Well, I have only met with her once, and my counselor recommended her. And just information that you have given me has been, I know that I have only used it this past week, but it did make a big difference and I think each, I need to get another list because I have lost it, but each list, each thing down the list I am going to try.
And I know at some point it’s not going to be as big of a, I am hoping that it won’t be as big of a thing. It will be just something I can coast on through because I have got my checklist: I did this; I did this; I did this; I took my vitamins; I exercised; I avoided stuff that I need to avoid. And that list has made a huge difference already.
