Dr. Rohde:
There are several treatments that we can use for tennis elbow. Anti-inflammatories can be very helpful in the treatment of tennis elbow. Injections can be helpful in the treatment of, in tennis elbow. Steroid injections, when used appropriately, can be, can alleviate some of the symptoms. And of course stretching exercises and activity modification so that we’re not lifting heavy, heavy objects and creating more damage in those areas of the elbow.
