Wellness is more than an item on a to do list. Wellness is a lifestyle! It is this paradigm shift that has made all the difference in my life. Like many of you, I was overwhelmed with all the theories, gurus, infomercials etc... all claiming to have the answer to all of life's questions. It was all too much. Even after experimenting with most of the diet plans, storage containers, and day planners known to mankind (a valiant effort indeed), I was still tired, frustrated, obese and just plain cranky. Although I appeared successful, I was not well. There is a fundamental difference. A long hard, honest and humbling look at my life was the first of many steps toward a balanced approach to living well. Today, I am well because I choose to be!
