Josette is the author of The Alignment Theory Co-written with Ellen Bishop, it is a useful guide to understanding the 12 physical systems of the body and the three levels of development that the dēhp process works to integrate and express.
dēhp provides an exciting new paradigm in wellness and peak performance. It’s methodology utilizes the innate intelligence in each of our own bodies to find insight, healing and growth.
Realizing there was a population of people who could benefit from the work she discovered but would never be able to afford, Josette founded a women’s and children’s shelter called Soul Sanctuary in 1995. The program partners with Drug Court, Child Protective Services, and a myriad of local churches and businesses. Soul Sanctuary was presented by American Express for the Arizona Foundation for Women’s Sandra Day O’Conner award luncheon for then Governor Janet Napalitano.
