I'm 62 yrs old...was diagnosed with Trigonitis 10 yrs ago after several procedures that allow camera to be inserted through urethra to see the inside of of bladder. Been taking macrodantin therapy for 10 yrs..at one time after 6 mos of mac therapy..trigone had returned to healthy pink color and white patches were gone..but have since returned...I'm now given hope with this being hormone related..so 6 mos ago got SottoPelle bioidentical hormone implants..right at present still have no relief regards trigonitis...and will make appt with urologist to talk to him about Hyaluronate acid therapy that's introduce via the urethra.
