This has happened to me my entire life. When I was a kid I never worried about it and I actually thought it was a natural reaction to eating a mint. Mine seems to be worse depending on how strong the mint is. Strong mints make my throat itch and make me sneeze several times. Other things that are mild like mint ice cream have no effect. Toothpaste actually does have an effect on me. I just started using a new crest whitening one and I sneeze twice everyday after brushing my teeth. Crest does have an orange flavor toothpaste that helps me not sneeze, if anyone else has tooth paste problems. I always wondered if I was allergic, don't really want to stop eating mint though.
