I have the exact same problem! Well it's not so much a problem, but it gets quite embarrassing if i'm in public or somewhere quiet and i eat a mint, forgetting what is to follow. Yup, two sneezes almost every time! Hahaha gotta laugh at it though, i'm glad i'm not the only one :P
