Dear khwrig, Sorry to read about your ordeal. You are one of the many many people affected by this drug. I guess you can officially join the club. I would pose your question to an a friend or a family member that is an attorney even if he or she could not represent you OR find an attorney on the internet who is, specifically, handling and is familiar with these Fosamax cases. There are a few, some better than others. I have retained a firm in Florida who has filed the first case in New Jersey. Doesn't matter where they are located. I live in PA.
