I can appreciate your desire to have a child.
However, with a tubal ligation procedure, conceiving will be impossible, unless the procedure can be reversed. During a tubal ligation, the fallopian tubes are cut or blocked to permanently prevent pregnancy. A tubal ligation disrupts the movement of the egg to the uterus for fertilization and blocks sperm from traveling up the fallopian tubes to the egg. It's possible to reverse a tubal ligation — but reversal requires major surgery and isn't always effective.
Without ovaries, there are no eggs to be fertilized. Conceiving naturally is not possible for you. Artificial insemination is a possible option. But, you need to consider your age and your history of cancer. This is a matter to be discussed with your physician.
