The symptoms you describe can be many different things: pre-menstrual syndrome due to upcoming period, pregnancy, constipation, bloating/gas, upset stomach, hormonal changes....
Have you missed your period? If so, how late is your period? What is the "small show" that you had---was this light bleeding or spotting? How long did it last?
Many/most women do not have early pregnancy symptoms until after a missed period. Lower stomach pain, weight gain and full bladder do not occur in pregnancy until much later in the pregnancy; hot flashes and night sweats are typically signs of premenopause, menopause or other hormonal changes.
