I am amazed at the stories I am reading on here!! I was just doing some research on why I still have a regular period if I don't have my fallopian tubes and only half an ovary. Is it really true women have conceived naturally with NO fallopian tubes? My Dr told me the chances were null. So are there really women who truly have, or are they just mean people trying to give hope? I can't find truly REAL stories of women who have gotten pregnant naturally without fallopian tubes. I am lucky that after I had mine removed, I conceived my daughter with IVF, first time. I have come to terms that she will be an only child as I cannot afford another round of IVF, but there is still that little nag in my mind for a second child. Just to know that their is a chance, no matter how small, is something. So, is it true?
