Firstly your fallopian tubes are not connected to the ovary they are connected to the uterus.
So I guess if there is an opening to the womb there must be some chance that the egg will make it in all be it small i guess.
But stranger things could happen. I have lost both my tubes due to ectopics, one natural conception and one IVF so i have no tubes at all. I would love to hear from anyone who has got pregnant with no tubes.
