I had my left fallopian tube removed a year and a half ago for an ectopic pregnancy and I am now naturally pregnant at 7 weeks! My ultrasound tech as well as my doctors are completely baffled because it shows on ultrasound that I ovulated from my left side!! It does happen! And thanks for giving me answer...I figured it was less than 1% of a chance. But none the less, still possible. :)
