I want to start out by saying I'm not a medical professional. I did go through 14 years of infertility treatment so I am full of personal experiences.
Without ovaries, your daughter will not have eggs to fertilize (DNA connection). Because she has her uterus, she could utilize IVF with donor eggs or donor embryos (wonderful and loving options). Your daughter and her baby will share blood.
I have many friends who had children via egg donation and they feel a bond with their children like any parent could.
