Thank you for your reply. I have been tested for lupus but it didn't show a positive result on the blood tests. I have heard it can be extremely difficult to diagnose.
As far as the TLC show, I have it recorded on my DVR but I was thinking of how others who wanted to see it could view it.
I am living out of the country in a place that doesn't have close to optimal health care. That is why I go to the Mayo Clinic every year. That is also why I had to have four surgeries on a broken and dislocated hip / femur in a very short period of time. When you are told you need emergency surgery and have to stay on a gurney sans pain meds for four days, you really appreciate what you cannot have, and what many millions of people have to go through.
