I had my ankle fused in August of 2009. In Dallas,Tx at Baylor. I was in a car accident at 18. Iam 41 and it took me a long time to make the decision. I am a mother of triplet boys that are6 anda 9 yearold girl. Sleeping at night is hard at times for me. I do have lots of help. Does anyone knw anyone with a fused ankle passed 10years and doing well. What exercises can you do and shoes do you wear? Thanks Kimberly
