I had a flu shot at Safeway a couple weeks ago, about 3-5 days after the shot I came down with shingles. Have heard of a couple other people coming down with it ...from friends. I honestly think there must be something in this years vaccine that trigered it. I'm not a stressed out person and haven't had anything happen in the last couple weeks that might have brought this on otherwise. I do know that they have a vaccine for shingles, I'm wondering if I should get one? Thanks, so nice to hear I'm not the only person thinking it was from the flu shot!
