We all have friends who say that particular events happened to them, but it does not explain what OUR specific bodies are doing. Almost "anything" is possible, but it does not mean it is probable, or even safe.
If you want to know why you are receiving positive pregnancy tests, you need to go to the doctor either way: to make sure it is a viable pregnancy and/or to make sure your procedure was successful AND your hormones are back to their pre-pregnancy state (if you are not currently pregnant).
