I use sotto pelle and it was a life saver. I have vulvadynia and it helped with that, sex drive, mental acuity, less irritability, etc. I do take bio identical progesterone by mouth along with the S-P insertions (I can tell after about 4-5 months when I need another insertion). According to my blood work I need 2 pellets of estrogen and 1 of testosterone.
