And I hate that you feel that you'd get better Sotto Pelle care if you were in Arizona; it seems like all doctors trained in the method should be able to provide the same level of care and understanding about the protocol, regardless of where they practice.
Will you seek another form of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy for your bone density and cholesterol concerns?
