I hate to tell you this, but I'm on a month and still in pain...it will definitely take time.
I've been alternating heat and ice, using Ben Gay type creams at bed time...it's a lot of pain and it's scary...tingling fingers, loss of motion and strength.
I can see the dot from where my shot was given, and it's at the top of my arm at the shoulder...had I been paying better attention, I'd have asked them to stop.
I will never go anywhere but my doctors for a shot from now on.
Hang in there...we all have to....at least we're all here for each other!
Now everyone...go ice your arms!!
