I have to add myself to this list! I am amazed at how many others feel as I do! I received both the H1N1 and reg flu shot, one in each arm. The H1N1 hurt a lot for a day and now is no problem (4 weeks have passed) but the reg flu shot has gotten progressively worse. I am sure this happened to a much lessor degree before but never like this. I remember thinking as she was about to give the shot that she was aiming too high and boy did I feel pain and burning when she did it. It almost feels like the tip of the needle broke off in my muscle and occasionally is rubbing against the bone! I am sure that is not the case but that is what it feels like! Please keep posting your self help suggestions and other options as I am willing to try anything:) feel better all
