Thanks for sharing this information. The website it great. Overindulging seems to be such a human characteristic! I am a proponent of healthy eating year-round and have tried different combinations of foods to get to the right ones that my kids would also eat. Stevia is a nice product that I use to replace recipes that have sugar. It is very sweet but does not affect the glycemic index. I have also substituted regular salt with sea salt or Braggs Aminos.
