I've been diagnosed with Vestibular neuronitis and I've had it for 3 months straight. There is no time frame for when it goes away. I have pressure in my left ear, focus issues, dizziness, changed vision, and extreme fatigue. The Dr's took their sweet time getting me in, testing, and reading me my results. After I got my results I had to wait 3 more weeks for vestibular rehab. It is finally starting to help with dizziness and vision, but I still experience fatigue, depression, and anxiety. I'm terrified that it will flare up again and I will have to deal with this onset for the rest of my life and i'm only 20. It honestly depends on the person and you may fully never heal.
