Hello Holly- I was one of those people who used the Cutera Cooltip laser. I think it has been over a year now and there is absolutely no sign of where I had the venous lake. Not even by touch. Glad to hear that you found the Vbeam as a viable option. I think on both ways you just need a good doctor who has a lot of experience with the type of laser you choose and the different types of tips for different procedures.
