Anonymous, thank you so much for this great information. Mine wasn't that big and the Cutera coolglide laser worked for me. Mine has been completely gone for approximately two years. No signs of it, no tenderness, nothing. But I am going to make note of what you did just in case I have the misfortune of getting another venous lake. I like how you said it didn't hurt, one tiny injection of lidocaine, doctor used a electric needle and cauterized the vessel. Information is gold! Judi
