Kristin, what type of B vitamin are your taking? What dosage? What are the other ingredients? Is it a complex B product?
There are several types of B vitamins and defficiencies are identified for each with very specific symptoms: Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5) which is necessary for adrenal function. Niacin Pyridoxine (B6), and Cobalamin (B12). B5 and B12 are the only two that I know of that are used to help with stress. Are there other ingredients in the bottle? I am not aware of any mouth tastes caused by the B vitamins, but sometimes products may contain other ingredients that may trigger that taste.
