This is a great share, I had not heard of taking too strong of a dose of an over-the-counter cold medicine. It does make sense. As far as starting to take some thing as soon as you feel the onset of a cold, I always put it off wanting to give my body a chance to fight it on it's own or maybe that is denial? Either way I rarely get sick so I will continue what I'm doing in hopes it keeps me healthy.
