I am not sure what you are referring to as a "post coital test". Are you saying you took a home pregnancy test? If so, then yes...it is too soon (22 hours after intercourse) to take a pregnancy test; the earliest these tests will be effective at detecting any "pregnancy hormone" is 2 weeks or more after sex...when you miss your period.

I am not sure what test you are referring to that you took the day of ovulation that found "no sperm". Is this referring to the home pregnancy test again, or are you taking an ovulation predictor kit/test?

You are asking if you have a chance of being pregnant, and we would need more information...but the greatest chance of being pregnant is having unprotected sex (without condoms, and without hormonal contraception, such as the pill) frequently and around the time of suspected ovulation. Are you trying to become pregnant, or trying to avoid pregnancy?
